Since 1976, Professor Rodgers has provided appraisals of economic damages for cases involving:

  • personal injury
  • wrongful death

  • losses of business profits

  • divorce and child support, with valuation of parental earning capacity, pensions, and child rearing costs

  • wrongful termination from employment
  • analysis and critique of economic damage appraisals of "hedonic damages"
  • assessment of financial loss due to misuse of funds intended for investment
  • assessment of the value of a life estate
